1. WHERE CAN THE PERFECT PACKAGE DELIVER GIFT PACKAGES TO?
We can deliver all our gift packages Australia wide, wherever there is a valid Post Office available.
2. DOES THE PERFECT PACKAGE DELIVER OVERSEAS?
At this stage, we are not delivering our gift packages overseas.
3. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
The Perfect Package gifts packages are all inclusive of delivery to any valid Australian postal address. The earliest delivery is approximately 3 business days after the order is made.
We can arrange an express delivery for packages in the Melbourne metro area upon request; however, this will incur extra delivery charges.
4. CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM IN ANY OF THE GIFT PACKAGES?
Yes, if you would like an item changed for another item that you have seen on our website, or if you would like items added to your preferred package, please send us your request via email: email@example.com
5. CAN I SPECIFY A DATE & TIME FOR DELIVERY OF THE GIFT PACKAGE?
At the checkout, you can select a preferred day for delivery of the gift package & we will do our very best to meet this requested date.
Unfortunately, we cannot commit to delivering our packages at a certain time; however, all deliveries are made between 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday.
6. CAN I PERSONALISE A MESSAGE OR CARD ON THE GIFT PACKAGES?
Yes, you can send a personal message with each gift package you order, just choose the option to send a card with the package & then type the message that you want in the nominated area.
7. DOES THE PERFECT PACKAGE DO BULK ORDERS?
Yes, we process all customer orders including bulk orders.
However, if the bulk order is a corporate order, we would love for you to email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org as we are able to tailor the packages to suit your business needs.
8. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept online payments from Mastercard, VISA and PayPal through our online secure payments facility.
9. WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED ON THE PERFECT PACKAGE WEBSITE?
You will be notified immediately at checkout if your credit card is declined at checkout. If this happens, please try to use an alternative credit card.
If you cannot place the order through our website using a valid credit card, you can email us your order & we will contact you to process the payment.
10. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED INSIDE THE GIFT PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT?
If an item is damaged, please contact us quoting your order no. within 24 hours of receiving the package via email: email@example.com
We will aim to rectify the issue as a priority & may request for photos of the damaged goods to be sent through to us.
11. WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE GIFT PACKAGE WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?
You have the option at checkout to agree for the delivery driver to leave the gift package in a secure location if the recipient is not there to accept delivery.
However, if you do not choose this option, then a calling card will be left for the recipient to then arrange an alternative pick up or delivery time.
12. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE INCORRECT ADDRESS WAS SUPPLIED FOR DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, if the incorrect address was supplied and the delivery was made as per your instructions, we cannot accept responsibility for any error.
Please ensure you check all recipient details prior to making payment, especially with the delivery address details.
13. WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Perfect Package can only process a cancellation request that is received a minimum of 4 business days prior to the scheduled delivery day. A cancellation fee may apply & the difference will be refunded to the customer within 10 business days. We are unable to cancel any orders that are already in transit.
