Returns

 

RETURN OF PACKAGES

The Perfect Package will not accept any returns unless the customer has notified us in writing that they want to return the package entirely. This notification must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package, the customer must quote the order no & the reason why the package needs to be returned. This notification should be emailed to vanessa@theperfectpackage.com.au

The Perfect Package may only accept a return if the package delivered does not match or is not similar to the package description as per the order.

The Perfect Package will not accept partial returns, or returns of packages with some products removed or used.

The Perfect Package will not accept a return if the customer or recipient simply changed their mind & does not like the package ordered & delivered.

If the package return is accepted by The Perfect Package, & a refund has been authorised, the amount of the order will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days.

 

RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is damaged during transit, the customer or recipient must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. The customer must quote the order no & list the item/s that were damaged. This notification should be emailed to vanessa@theperfectpackage.com.au

In this event, we may request photos of the damaged goods & packaging & may request for the item/s to be returned to us, so that we can work out the best way to rectify the issue.

We will aim to rectify any issue in regards to damaged items as a priority to ensure that the customer & recipient are happy with the gift.

 

ALTERATIONS OR AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS

The Perfect Package cannot alter or amend any order that has been paid for and has already been prepared and/or in transit. If there is a request for an amendment or alteration to an order that The Perfect Package agrees to perform, the customer may be charged additional amendment or alteration fees.

For alterations or amendments to be considered, they must be requested in writing by 1.00pm EST, a minimum of 4 business days prior to the set delivery date.

The Perfect Package reserves the right to not accept any alterations, amendments or cancellations to any order placed that was purchased at a special rate, purchased with a voucher, or purchase included a discount. 

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to The Perfect Package via email to: vanessa@theperfectpackage.com.au          

Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 4 business days prior to the scheduled delivery day.

The Perfect Package cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

If the cancellation is authorised by The Perfect Package, the customer may be charged cancellation fees. The difference will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days.

The Perfect Package reserves the right to not accept any alterations, amendments or cancellations to any order placed that was purchased at a special rate, purchased with a voucher, or purchase included a discount.

 

REFUNDS

In the event that the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the original credit card or paypal account.

In the event that a full package return is accepted by The Perfect Package, & a refund has been authorised, the amount of the order will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days.

In the event that a cancellation has been authorised by The Perfect Package, the customer may be charged cancellation fees. The difference will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days.
